Eng. Radiance Rabillo Mungu is a Registered Professional Engineer and infrastructure and transport specialist with over 10 years of experience in infrastructure development, urban mobility, project management and programme coordination. He currently serves as Ag. Assistant Director – Network Management at the Nairobi Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (NaMATA), contributing to the planning, coordination and implementation of sustainable public transport infrastructure and mobility programmes.

He is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK) and currently serves as Chairperson of the IEK Capital Branch. He has previously served as Treasurer of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Kenya (ACEK) – Future Leaders (FL) and as a committee member of various IEK committees, including the Outreach Committee and Future Leaders Committee.

Eng. Mungu holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MA in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a PhD in Project Planning and Management, specialising in Project Finance. He serves on the Board of the Centre for Sustainable Infrastructure for Africa (CSIAfrica), a Public Benefit Organisation in Kenya. His professional interests include sustainable infrastructure development, BRT and eBRT systems, innovative infrastructure financing, public–private partnerships (PPPs), climate-resilient infrastructure, and inclusive development.
