Eng. Patrick Otieno Otuoma is a Professional Engineer and Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He also serves as an Ordinary Council Member of IEK, contributing to the advancement of the engineering profession and the promotion of professional standards in Kenya.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi. In addition, he is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Energy and Energy Access at Moi University.

As a Certified Energy Manager, Eng. Otuoma possesses extensive expertise in energy management, energy measurement and verification, project planning, electrical building services design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems. His broad technical knowledge, coupled with strong project management and leadership capabilities, enables him to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and deliver energy and electrical infrastructure projects successfully.

Throughout his professional career, Eng. Otuoma has demonstrated a commitment to developing practical, efficient, and sustainable solutions that respond to the growing demand for reliable energy and quality engineering services. His experience in project planning, technical design, procurement oversight, value engineering, and project implementation has positioned him as a capable professional in the energy and electrical engineering sectors.

Beyond his engineering responsibilities, Eng. Otuoma is actively involved in community leadership and service. He serves as a Board Member of Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM), where he participates in strategic governance and contributes to initiatives aimed at promoting spiritual, social, and community development.
